Gérald Grégoire has been promoted to Executive Vice President, in charge of Crédit Agricole's Customer, Development and Innovation division, effective June 2025. Gérald will report directly to Olivier Gavalda, Chief Executive Officer. He will be in charge of the Customer, Development and Innovation division, comprising the Markets, Transformation/Distribution and Digital Development, Brand and Customer Communication, and Regional Bank Relations divisions, to which will be added the Payments, La Fabrique start-up studio and Crédit Agricole Immobilier divisions.
Gérald Grégoire has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, in charge of Crédit Agricole's Customer, Development and Innovation division, in this position since June 2025. Gérald Grégoire, 51, holds a degree in finance from the MBS School of Business (1997), and has had the following career path:
